To create ultra-wearable, protective, and breathable pants for hot weather touring, we landed on the Tourster-BigAir 1.0 pants, which are now ready for your hottest and longest rides, featuring permanent, engineered aeration and certified all-round protection.

Suitable for high distances in high temps, these pants are constructed with our ultra-durable, stretchy AeroMesh shell fabric that enhances airflow and promotes the perfect core temperature. We’ve used our hard-wearing, breathable, water-repellent, and windproof 450D coated X-Stretch shell fabric that is not only durable but gives you next-level freedom of movement as you ride.

To further support temperature regulation, we’ve added extended mesh areas to optimize ventilation and given you a light and airy lining for increased comfort hour after hour. On-ride carry is sorted thanks to the zippered front pockets and leg cargo pocket.

Keeping you safe, these pants not only come with hip pads but also height-adjustable knee pads, which both sit snugly inside the pre-cut shape of these ergonomic pants so that they follow your every movement.
